Forest Fans in outcry as punishment is dished out

The FA have announced that due to the Nottingham Forest fans vitriol aimed towards Dave Jones a severe and just punishment has been dealt out. Brian Bigbuns has condemned the behavior has “irresponsible and unacceptable.”

The punishment handed out will be a lesson to all other fans who think they can have a light chuckle at someone else’s miss fortune. Despite a last minute appeal from the Nottingham Forest scape goat MArthur Puddleduck, which was deemed “frivolous” Nottingham Forest fans will have to endure further heartache at the City Ground.

The FA have decided that the Forest Fans will receive a 10 game ‘MUST’ Attendance under the stewardship of Colin Calderwood. Where they will have to endure crap entertainment served up from the players using a variety of tactics even Stephen Hawking coudln’t understand. In addition a selection of images of Kris Commons kissing his badge will be displayed on programs handed out free of charge. Furthermore opposition fans will be asked to attend and be given special song sheets with a number of old favourites including the use of the word “scabs”, “tree hugging” and “where’s your Cloughie gone” in an attempt to settle old scores.

Finally all fans will be asked to congregate in the Main Stand during half time where Dave Jones will be invited along with the sweet FA board on the pitch to allow for their dummies and various cot themed toys to be thrown in the general direction of the fans.

The FA believe this to be a just punishment for the fans improper conduct towards Master David Jones and hope that other fans will learn from this incident. An FA Spokesman has been quoted as saying, “I really think this is a good opportunity to stamp out the Tongue ‘n’ cheek chanting created by fans. Afterall who wants to see a team managed by Colin Calderwood play?”

Totally Inappropriate !! Calderwood has got the team playing attractive football and wins will follow the Palace win. If you think its that bad at Forest then Stay Away !!We don´t want people like you there. We want people to support the manager and team !!! come on you REDS !!!!

Get in to em!!!! This article is exactly what the game is about, entertaining and if someone is offended, well sod em!! they shouldn’t be so fickle. As for the comment from Alan, get a life, you’ve been hanging around with the sheep again haven’t you (Mr Serious bum). Manager and team knocking is as much a part of the game as scoring goals, even if we win 10 – 0 you would still hear complaints in the local, as long as there entertaining and don’t cost anything, who cares…. good article Dan.

  3. Forest Forest says:

The Forest defence have been buying dummies all season – I wonder if they will be in evidence at this toy throwing session?

I’m going to appeal, on the grounds that the FA have no jurisdiction over a team that doesn’t play football…

That’s pretty poor, it’s not witty or funny and I usually expect better of this website. This article I’m aware is supposed to be in good humour but does feel like a backward step for the site.

Ive got no problem with you making fun of this subject. It is just a shame that it wasn’t funny!! I would not hold to much stock in the agreement of ‘Kev’ who is clearly about as intellectual as a mule wearing spectacles.

The intention of this article was purely to poke fun at the whole heirachy of English Football. I neither condone or support any sort of chanting of this insulting nature.

The whole situation in my opinion was blown out of all proportion. Pretty much like the Radio 2 Brand and Ross saga going on at the moment.
