Having apparently got hold of some video footage, and starting to make preparations to appeal to the FA on the back of it, Forest have backtracked and decided not to appeal Luke Chambers’ red card against Reading on the opening day. The official line is that the footage was inconclusive.

Does that mean he did hang an arm at him? Did anyone actually see the incident – and can provide a BALANCED view?
I saw what happened as was sitting with my Reading mate in his wifes season ticket seat. I am glad we didnt appeal as we wouldnt have a leg to stand on and he would have got a longer ban.
Im sure he got a straight red not two yellows as some sites are showing
