An inquest heard

A football club which came within months of Premier League football for the first time in a decade failed to buy a single player in the January transfer window, an inquest has heard.

Nottingham Forest FC, aged 145, from West Bridgford, collapsed without warning in early February 2010 after a long spell of almost perfect health.

Dr William McIntosh Davies told Nottingham Coroner’s Court the club was ‘making really positive steps’ in the run up to its death and had even found itself ‘in a really positive situation.’[...]

    Are you suggesting our squad is incapable? because i’d be insulted as a player of Nottingham Forest if you did.
    Also, maybe, just maybe the club want to protect itself from plattism?

    I agree That the panel should be scrapped so Billy can deal directly with Nigel.
    Why on earth we pay an enormous amount of money to david pleat beats me.
    Clear him out so he can continue with his drivel on T.v.
    With don´t want a dennis wise situation here !
    Billy has made his point.
    I´m sure he will bring in a decent loan player if one becomes available.
