LTLF (lost that loving feeling) is an independent website and discussion forum dedicated to Nottingham Forest Football Club. It was launched in 1999 and has operated under various guises since then. During the 2005/06 season the website also operated a fanzine. At the end of that season updates to the main site stopped but the site was relaunched in the present format in September 2008 under the guidance of new editor Peter Blackburn.

Early days

The site was founded in October 1999 by Alex Walker and Mark Ingram as a place for their inane ramblings and general silliness. It has evolved since then with contributions from dozens of Forest fans. Alan Fisher has been running the LTLF Forum since March 2004 and was joined by Stuart Connellan in 2005.

The name of the site is taken from the the number one hit You’ve Lost That Lovin’ Feelin’ by The Righteous Brothers which has been adopted as a Forest anthem used to taunt the opposition fans.

2008/09 and beyond

The current LTLF is a collaborative site with free membership and no editorial policy. The aim is to provide Forest fans with a place to record their thoughts about the latest goings on at the City Ground and provoke free debate about the club, as well as have a bit of fun along the way.

LTLF supported the Brian Clough Statue Fund since it began in June 2005 and contributed more than £5,000 towards a statue of the great man in Nottingham city centre. Click here for information about the Brian Clough Statue.

During the 2008/09 season, LTLF and its members were official shirt sponsors of Forest striker Robert Earnshaw.
