American author Napoleon Hill once wrote, “Lack of loyalty is one of the major causes of failure in every walk of life”. As the aftermath of the latest game against our rivals plays out in the public, I have found myself wondering what has happened to Nigel Clough.
Son of the much loved and historic figure for both clubs, Brian Clough, his conduct of late has been nothing short of insulting to all connected to Forest. Sly backhanded comments to the press regarding the club, a failure to appreciate how much Forest have come on and how they play and you realise as each interview with him plays out, the bitterness towards a club that made him the great player he was.

The call came in at 5pm. My good friend Dave had managed to blag two tickets to the premier of The Damned United in Leicester Square. So with some unusual apprehension and help from another friend I decided to go. After the infamous walk on the red carpet, which is quite daunting for a complete nobody, and an introduction to some of the cast and crew from the delightful Gabby Logan we finally got the chance to see the film.

Forest Fans in outcry as punishment is dished out
The FA have announced that due to the Nottingham Forest fans vitriol aimed towards Dave Jones a severe and just punishment has been dealt out. Brian Bigbuns has condemned the behavior has “irresponsible and unacceptable.”
The punishment handed out will be a lesson to all other fans who think they can have a light chuckle at someone else’s miss fortune. Despite a last minute appeal from the Nottingham Forest scape goat MArthur Puddleduck, which was deemed “frivolous” Nottingham Forest fans will have to endure further heartache at the City Ground.
