Last year LTLF gave you the opportunity to win a Nottingham Forest shirt with name/number printing following on from the success we have decided to repeat it again this season.

Last seasons winner was “Into the Trees” who decided to go for the long sleeve home shirt with with “Shoegazer 11″ printed on it.

To be in with a chance of winning a new Forest shirt (which should look something like this) with your choice of name and number all you need to do is buy a ticket using the form below. Tickets cost £1 each and you can buy as many as you want.

Any one who has an active subscription will already have tickets in the prize draw (you can of course buy more if you want!)
