City Ground Open Day
28/07/02 | Words and pictures by Alex Walker

The third annual 'Grand Open Day' at Forest's City Ground was blessed with blazing July sunshine on one of the hottest days of the year. The good weather attracted many Forest fans out in their summer gear for a look round the City Ground and a chance to meet some of the players. Of course, LTLF was there to capture all the action.

Around the ground

This was a unique opportunity for fans to go behind the scenes at the City Ground. Unfortunately, unlike previous years, you couldn't enter the Clough Stand of Bridgford End, only the lower Trent End and the Main Stand. But, if you queued, you could have a look around the inner workings of the club.
